 What does Kitabun (كِتَابٌ) mean? 

Kitabun is a form of isim mudzakkar. The Arabic writing for Kitabun is (كِتَابٌ). The word kitabun consists of 4 hijaiyah letters, namely the letter kaf, the letter ta', the letter alif, and the letter ba'. kitabun means book, the plural of kitabun is kutubun (كُتُبٌ), kutubun means many books or books. Because the kitabun is an Isim munshorif, the kitabun can receive the sign of I'rob in the form of harokat dhommah tain, kasroh tain becomes kitabin and fathah tain becomes kitaban.
