Mention 4 properties of sound and explain them!

Mention 4 properties of sound and explain them!
Following are the 4 properties of sound and their explanations:
  1. Sound is the result of vibration
  2. Sound travels through intermediaries
  3. Sound propagates in solids, liquids, and gases
  4. Sound can be reflected.
The explanation is as follows:
Sound has the characteristic of being the result of vibration, indicating that sound will not occur if the vibration stops. Like vibrating guitar strings, it creates a sound that can be heard by the human ear.
Sound travels through intermediary substances such as air or solid objects, for example when we shout through cans connected by threads, our voice will be heard on the can held by our friend.
The sound heard by humans comes from a vibrating sound source and then propagates through a medium (intermediary substance), whether solid, liquid, or gas.
The sound that propagates will vibrate the eardrum, therefore the conditions for the sound to occur and be heard are that there is a vibrating sound source, an intermediary medium, a sound receiver, and a person who hears it in a healthy and conscious condition.
